HOUSING BUILT HEALTHILY, SUSTAINABLY, AND ENERGY-EFFICIENTLY
SUSTAINABLE AND COST-EFFECTIVE: WOOD HYBRID CONSTRUCTION
The buildings are constructed using a wood-hybrid method, employing wood from sustainable forestry. Finished modules and individual components of the houses are delivered by truck and assembled directly on site.
This ensures both excellent fire protection properties and short construction times with predictable costs.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS MET
All buildings meet the KfW Energy Efficiency House-40 standards to receive the Quality Seal Sustainable Building (QNG).
The houses feature good insulation and a ventilation concept that provides demand-controlled supply and exhaust for a healthy indoor climate.
A GREAT MIX OF RENTING AND BUYING
For your apartment, you pay an ongoing monthly usage fee and are protected in the long term from termination due to owner occupancy. With a one-time membership fee, you become an equal member of the cooperative. The cooperative builds the houses, owns them, and bears the financial obligations. Thus, the concept combines the flexibility of renting with the security of ownership. In our project "Am Alten Seeweg eG" we offer various apartments ranging from 2 to 4 rooms (approximately 42 – 93 m²).
