We are renting out an apartment in need of renovation in a good location in Offenbach am Main. We are looking for a tenant who enjoys DIY work and wants to help shape their future home according to their own ideas.

The Concept: Joint Renovation

The apartment will be handed over in its current condition. We support you as follows:

Materials: After prior agreement, we will cover all costs for floor coverings, wallpapers, drywall, paints, tiles, sanitary fixtures, and electrical equipment as discussed. Additionally, you will not have to pay rent for 5 months.

Personal Contribution: You will carry out the renovation work (painting, flooring, installations) on your own.

Support: We won’t leave you on your own. Should you have technical questions or face heavy work, we will be there to help.

The electrical system must be renewed as part of the renovation. Here, we work hand in hand:

Your Planning: You decide where you need power outlets, switches, or light fixtures.

Preparation: In agreement with us, you can make channels or install flush-mounted boxes.

Professional Execution: The proper installation, wiring, and final approval must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
