It is an approximately 18 sqm large, bright, freshly renovated room in a 4-room apartment with two bathrooms and a garden in the inner courtyard. The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelf, small wardrobe, etc.).

The kitchen, bathroom, and hall are shared and equipped with all the necessary items. A washing machine and dryer are available for everyone’s use. The furniture is brand new.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The room will be available from January 15, 2026, possibly a little later as renovations are still underway.

There is very good public transport connectivity thanks to the location right in the city center. Buses and trains are 200m from the front door or just a 2-minute walk away. Within a 5-minute walk, you’re in the middle of downtown. All everyday necessities, various shops, parks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and in great variety. The pedestrian zone and the marketplace are a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. DSL/WLAN is available.

Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, and there is also a basement.

A respectful coexistence is a prerequisite. The room is suitable for students, commuters, or professionals looking for a fully furnished apartment that includes a washing machine and dryer. The shared living room and kitchen invite you to cook, participate in joint activities, or simply relax.

The room will be rented to one person only.

Since the current shared apartment is dissolving, a fresh start with four WG members is possible.
