It is not suitable for a family with more than two people!

Ideal for commuters who live in another town and want to drive home on the weekend, as the main train station is only a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment has been lovingly furnished—that’s what creates the incomparable charm of a period apartment.
The tastefully furnished apartment is located in an Art Nouveau building from the turn of the century on the third floor of our building.
The view over the city roofs to the greenery is very calming and idyllic.
You will certainly feel at home with us.
Our house is located in Elberfeld, in a quiet area near the city, a little to the north above the Elberfeld town hall.
With its decorated facades and inner courtyards from the Gründerzeit, it is extremely popular with artists and students.
It takes about a 7-minute walk to the city center and about 15 minutes to the train station.
If you need to go to the university, a bus goes to the cafeteria stop at Max-Horkheimer Strasse.
The Bayer AG pharmaceutical research center can be reached in 15 minutes by bus line 613 without any transfers.
The Bayer factory on Friedrich-Ebert Straße is optimally reachable with the Wuppertal suspension railway.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable Italian Natuzzi couch, an armchair, and a coffee table, plus a 43-inch TV, a wall cabinet, and a chest of drawers.
A second living area features a large desk, a dining table with a bench and chairs, and a day bed for visitors.
The monthly rent for this cozy, fully furnished 3-room apartment is €957, which includes utilities/operating costs and Wi-Fi (rent €805 + approximately €152 in additional costs for one person).
