The area has excellent amenities and great access to the city center (5 minutes by tram) or to the railway station with direct connection to Vienna. The surroundings are full of greenery. The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, is bright, quiet and has a balcony. The apartment is rented furnished without a TV as shown in the photos (the wall mount remains). Rent is €600 + €200 for utilities and Internet, so €800 total for the apartment as shown in the photos. If interested, I can rent a cellar storage room on the same floor as the apartment for €40. The lease is signed for one year (with yearly extension), rent is paid one month in advance, and the deposit is €800.
