Naturally, all bathrooms are fully equipped for immediate use (including washbasins, mirrors, lamps, towel racks, etc.). The kitchen backsplashes are tiled in an ecru color. The floors in the apartments are finished with high-quality commercial-grade materials that harmonize with the bathroom tiling. The interior doors are white with stainless steel handles, and the apartment entrance doors are similarly styled and fitted with sound insulation. All door frames are kept in a simple, accentuated color.
Each living unit impresses with extraordinary layouts, and the outdated, previously neglected kitchen solutions have been integrated into open living concepts.

All apartments are rented excluding additional costs and parking space rent. Electricity costs and fees for telecom and cable/TV usage must be paid directly by the tenants to the respective providers/operators.
The additional costs are paid as an advance. Once a year, the tenant receives a proper and accurate statement, which then allows the landlord either to grant a discount on the pre-paid additional costs or, in the case of increased consumption, to demand a higher advance.
Included in the additional cost advance are, for example: water, heating, property tax, sewage charges (surface/grey water), waste disposal/street cleaning, chimney sweep, common area lighting, property and liability insurance, caretaker, stairwell cleaning, winter maintenance, as well as Kalo and smoke detectors.
The rental deposit must be paid exclusively in cash and will be deposited for the tenant in a savings account.
