THE APARTMENT LAYOUT:

You enter via the entrance hall into the living/kitchen/dining area. This area is separated from the entrance hall by a frosted glass sliding door. The small second hallway provides access to the bright, daylight-filled bathroom and to the bedroom. The storage room is located next to the apartment door in the first hallway.

In addition to the separate basement storage room, you also have the option of using an extra storage room for a small fee (EUR 50.00). This room naturally has a window and is lockable. It is not a must – merely an option.

The parking spaces are located directly in front of the house on private ground. Due to the immediate proximity, transport distances are kept short.

The property is located in Inzell, outside of the town centre.

However, the town centre is quickly reachable on foot (approximately 5 – 10 minutes), and when you leave the apartment, the “Inzeller Moosrundweg” (Inzell Moss Circular Trail) and the cross-country ski tracks behind the house are within easy reach. The small “house ski hill” is also nearby.

The town of Inzell is known for its numerous sporting activities and the famous “Max Aicher Arena” and offers, in addition to traditional shopping opportunities, an organized medical care system, kindergarten, primary school, many delightful shops, restaurants, and leisure activities – including a wonderful outdoor swimming pool.
