5x glampingový stan (přenecháno k užívání bez záruky životnosti).
3x dřevěná chatka (nutná obhlídka stavu, vhodné k údržbě/opravě).
Zázemí: Umývárna, WC (stav nutno ověřit nájemcem).
Podmínky spolupráce: Hledáme samostatného nájemce, který si areál převezme, zajistí si veškerá potřebná povolení, revize (elektro, voda, atd.) a údržbu na vlastní náklady a odpovědnost.
Výměnou za převzetí těchto starostí nabízíme velmi zvýhodněné nájemné do začátku:
Startovací 1. rok: Fixní nájem 12 000 Kč/měsíc + 10% z obratu.
Další roky: Nárůst fixní složky.
Ideální pro: Zkušeného provozovatele nebo řemeslně zdatného podnikatele, který hledá levný prostor v prémiové lokalitě a je schopen si technické i legislativní věci vyřešit sám.

I am offering a recreational complex for long-term rental in the attractive location of Březka (Czech Paradise) – Prachovské Skály, 800 meters away. This offer involves transferring the management of the complex to the operator.
Condition and subject of the lease: The complex is offered in an “as is” condition. The owner has not operated the property for a long time and therefore does not guarantee the current technical condition of the networks, buildings, or movable equipment. Any necessary reactivation is the responsibility of the tenant.
Available on the property:
• Space for setting up glamping tents (the plot has a capacity for approximately 9 tents).
• 5 glamping tents (provided for use without a lifetime warranty).
• 3 wooden cabins (inspection of their condition is necessary; they are suitable for maintenance/repair).
Facilities: Washing room and toilet (their condition must be verified by the tenant).
Cooperation terms: We are looking for an independent tenant who will take over the complex, secure all necessary permits, inspections (electricity, water, etc.), and maintenance at their own cost and responsibility.
In exchange for taking on these responsibilities, we offer very favorable rent initially:
• First year: Fixed rent of 12,000 CZK/month plus 10% of turnover.
• Subsequent years: Increase in the fixed component.
Ideal for: An experienced operator or a skilled entrepreneur who is looking for an affordable space in a premium location and is capable of handling technical and legislative issues independently.
Owner’s note: I am not looking for an employee or caretaker, but a tenant. The energy performance certificate (PENB) is not available (G).
