• The attic has been freshly converted and carpeted. Walls and the ceiling are paneled with high-quality Parador panels and the rooms are equipped with both direct and indirect lighting.
• In the adjacent upper floor, the hallway as well as the large room—which houses the kitchen, dining table, and living room along the balcony—still need to be completely renovated (wallpapering/painting, renewal of the flooring and ceiling structures). During this renovation, the fully functional fitted kitchen can remain in place since that area already has a tiled floor, with only the ceiling and walls planned for renovation. This offers the opportunity to redesign the spaces according to your own tastes.
• The windows and balcony doors in the kitchen, dining, and living areas have been renewed with triple glazing. All roof windows in the attic were renewed in 2019/2020 and are equipped with electric external shutters (apart from the roof window in the bathroom).
