It has all shopping and many retail options, schools, kindergartens, as well as parks, swimming pools, cultural offerings, and much more. If you wish, Hamburg is just a 20–30 minute drive away. With bus and train too, everything is easily accessible from here. Likewise, the surrounding motorways (A7/A23) are quickly reachable.

If I become your new home: I am located in the heart of Norderstedt, from where all schools, kindergartens, doctors, and shopping facilities (for example, the Herold Center and the large train, taxi, and bus station), as well as parks and forests, are within walking distance.

I have been continuously renovated and received new windows between 2016 and 2023. My energy-saving gas heating system dates from 2013, and the bathroom, guest toilet, as well as the bedroom on the ground floor were renewed or renovated in 2021. The upper floor was also renovated and a loggia was added in 2021.
