In the bright living and dining area there are three floor-to-ceiling windows with a sliding/tilting door leading to the spacious south terrace, as well as another door to the east terrace. There is also space under the staircase. We have replaced all the lamps with higher-quality ones. The office/guest or youth room measures 15.51 m² and is very bright thanks to its double window.
The view extends over a two-tiered, planted light shaft into greenery. From the garden, this light shaft is child-safely secured with a net. The room is laid with the same laminate and features a narrow, simple electric heater. The ceiling height in the entire basement is just over 2.30 m.
Included in the purchase price are the built-in fittings, the laundry room, uniform roller shutters and blinds, three bathroom cabinets, three mirror cabinets, the cloakroom with its shoe and mirror cabinet, as well as further wardrobes and white, nearly new shelves under the basement staircase.
