New Condominium Development – 6 multifamily houses with a total of 72 apartments will be built using climate-friendly solid wood construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production). Each building features its own staircase and an elevator running from the underground garage, so you can comfortably reach every residential floor via the shortest route possible. Each apartment is assigned a lockable basement storage room. The houses offer ground-level, covered access as well as barrier-free design. For example, bathrooms are equipped with large, barrier-free showers, and the thresholds for balconies and terraces are only about 1 cm high.

Our construction achieves the Efficiency House KfW‑40 standard according to the guidelines, so you can take advantage of reduced‑interest loans. In operation, you can expect low energy costs.

The green roof area will be fitted with a photovoltaic system, and this electricity is supplied at significantly below market price.

Houses 1 to 4 are almost identical in layout and each features 14 residential units with living spaces of approximately 84 m² to 132 m² and comprised of either 3 or 4 rooms.

Houses 5 and 6, located in a sheltered courtyard setting, each offer 8 apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 61 to 117 m² and with apartment configurations of 2, 3, or 4 rooms. The two buildings are identical in structure, though arranged as mirror images next to each other.

The 6 multifamily houses and their associated access paths are arranged so that within the central courtyard – sheltered and oriented away from the street – there will be generously sized green areas and a well-visible playground for the youngest residents.

The basement is constructed as a WU-concrete structure (“white shell”) – the conveniently accessible underground garage has been planned with separate entry and exit routes to ensure smooth ingress and egress even during peak times.

Approximately 35 underground parking spaces will be pre-equipped from the start with charging stations/wallboxes, so that if you’re interested, you can have an immediate charging option.

Several communal bicycle storage areas have also been provided.

The storage areas for waste containers are planned above ground, located near the houses, with as short a route as possible to the street.

Additional optional equipment for seniors and people with minor impairments – such as emergency call systems, etc. – is available upon request.
