We are selling our old family farmhouse.

We have hardly been able to find any documents—neither an exact floor plan nor a precise year of construction. All details are therefore approximate.

The house was built approximately 100–120 years ago. Our family was involved in local agricultural tobacco and sugar beet farming for a long time, so besides the residential building it includes numerous barns and old stables, two garages, and a utility room.

On the ground floor there are two living rooms, one large and one small; a (fitted) kitchen with electrical appliances; a storage room; a guest toilet; a bathroom; and a bedroom. An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor. On the first floor there are two additional bathrooms as well as five bedrooms. In another room on the first floor, there are connections for an additional kitchen. Some of the rooms serve as through spaces.

A foldable ladder leads to the attic. The roof is unfinished and uninsulated, consisting of a wooden structure with overlapping roof tiles. In the large paved inner courtyard there are two garages, several old stables, and a large old barn. Behind the barn lies a large garden.

Last year, external road construction work damaged an exterior wall of the stables—we are in the process of having the damage professionally repaired.

About 7–8 years ago, a new heating system was installed. The windows are approximately 15 years old and made of plastic. Accordingly, and meeting the needs of older generations, the rooms often have only a few two-prong outlets.

The floors are old and in need of renovation.
