Numerous doctors’ offices, restaurants, pubs, döner or pizza shops can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes. A kindergarten is about 200 meters further down the street, and Robert-Reinick Elementary School is just under a kilometer away. Likewise, DHL, GLS, and Hermes parcel shops, late-night convenience stores, and services such as alteration tailors, cobblers, or hairdressers are available nearby. There are also plenty of parking spaces in the area.
The apartment was renovated 2 years ago: a new gas heating system, new real wood parquet flooring in the kitchen and in the small room. In the larger room and the hallway, the old hardwood flooring has been uncovered again. In the bathroom, the floor is coated with liquid plastic.
It has a gas-powered individual heating system and hot water is provided by an electric instantaneous water heater (which will be replaced in 2025). The bathroom features a steam sauna/shower, toilets, and a conveniently placed small washing machine – this small room is very well equipped.
