Electricity and Internet will be added to the additional costs since we have only one meter and just one Internet connection in the house. So please add an extra €50 for electricity and €15–20 for Internet, although you won’t need to worry about arranging these yourself.

This bright two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in Mainz Hartenberg/Münchfeld.

The private terrace, approximately 25 m², is partly paved with stone tiles and offers plenty of room for your own creative design, with an additional strip of space available for more plants.

The apartment is about 50 m² in size and consists of a small bathroom with a shower and WC, a kitchen with a fitted kitchen (which does not have to be removed), a bedroom, and a living room. All the rooms are very bright and have windows equipped with electric shutters.

The kitchen offers plenty of space and can also be used as a dining area.

In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine, as well as a private storage room.

The apartment is heated using a gas heater. An extensive modernization/renovation of the building, which has been updated in several steps since 1998, was completed in July 2014 and again in July 2025. Conveniently situated in the Münchfeld district of Mainz, this is a quiet residential area with plenty of greenery. The main train station is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, or a 5 minute bus ride or bike ride. The bus stop is located right in front of the house, and the nearest tram stop is about 800 meters away. The motorway connection is excellent. Supermarkets and doctors are nearby, and a bakery is about 400 meters away. There is plenty of parking available right in front of the house.
