The apartment was occupied by us for twelve years. We always felt very comfortable and now, due to professional reasons/relocation, we must sell. We especially enjoyed the excellent location with superb access to the A8 and public transportation. The apartment is also perfectly suited for commuters to Munich. From the balcony, you can view the Lech River and the trees along its bank.
We have always maintained the apartment. Most recently, the following renovation work was carried out:

A washing machine can be connected in the bathroom. Additionally, there are three washing machines, one dryer, and two drying rooms available in the basement.
The apartment includes a basement storage compartment. Parking spaces are available in the courtyard and can be rented through the property management (waiting list procedure). Also in the courtyard, there is a building for storing bicycles.
Currently, the building is heated with an oil heating system; the transition to district heating is already in preparation. The location of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment is situated directly by the Flößerpark and the Lech River, with sports facilities, playgrounds, restaurants, and opportunities for swimming nearby.
Tram line 1 and bus lines 22, 23 (Ulrichsbrücke) and bus line 48 (Berliner Allee) are in close proximity. By car, you are immediately on the A8. The city center is easily reachable by foot, and the bicycle paths are well developed. The Lech invites you to cycle tours (Mandichosee, Siebentischwald, etc.).
Several supermarkets, drugstores, discount stores, everyday shops, doctors, and pharmacies can be reached on foot.
New vinyl floors, lovingly restored doors, a modern kitchen from a kitchen studio, and a cozy balcony create a wonderful atmosphere.
