A few more steps lead to the first living level. From the spacious hallway, which even offers room for a small office, you can access the various rooms. To the left is the large living/dining room, which is oriented to the east and is very bright due to its four windows.
Also on this level there is a bedroom/guest room that faces the quiet west.
Next to it is the elegant full bathroom featuring a curbless shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a double washbasin by Villeroy & Boch.
And finally, the fully equipped kitchen with a solid oak countertop and a ceramic sink.
A staircase leads to the second living level. In the hallway there is space for a work area; proceeding to the left leads to a small bedroom/dressing room with storage space under the sloping roof. At the end of the hallway is another bedroom with windows on both sides, adjacent to a toilet with a washbasin.
The garden lies directly in front of the front door and in summer serves as a green living room. On 70 square meters, a little paradise has been created in the middle of the city with flowering shrubs and perennials. A travertine terrace provides a lovely seating area, and lizards can be observed on the dry stone wall.
The apartment includes a cellar compartment and a basement, which has been developed as a wine cellar.
In the courtyard of the building, accessible through the rear entrance, there is a parking space.
Located in the oldest district of Stuttgart, you are close to both the city and nature.
The apartment is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and is therefore relatively quiet.
All shopping facilities are within walking distance; a U-Bahn station is only 100 meters away. It takes 10 minutes to reach the S-Bahn, and Cannstatt station is a 15-minute walk.
All types of schools are nearby, and most doctors can also be reached on foot.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction cooktop, a fridge/freezer combination, and a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer built into the kitchen can be made available for your use.
Due to its location on the 4th floor and the staircase leading to the second living level, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is also not very suitable for pets. We would not recommend the apartment for families with small children due to the many steps.
