A few more steps lead up to the first living level. From the spacious hallway—which even has room for a desk—you access the rooms. To the left is the large living/dining room, facing east and very bright thanks to four windows.
Also on this level there is a bedroom/guest room, quietly located on the west side. Adjacent to it is an elegant full bathroom with a level shower, bathtub, toilet, and double washbasin by Villeroy & Boch. Finally, there is the fully equipped kitchen featuring a solid oak worktop and ceramic sink.
A staircase leads to the second living level. There, the hallway offers space for a workspace; further to the left is a small bedroom/dressing room with additional storage under the roof. At the end of the hallway, another bedroom is situated with windows on both sides, accompanied by a separate toilet with a washbasin.
The garden is located directly in front of the front door and transforms into a green living room in summer. On 70 m², a little paradise has been created in the heart of the city with flowering shrubs and perennials. A travertine terrace provides a lovely seating area, and lizards can be observed along the dry-stone wall.
The apartment includes a basement storage compartment and a deep cellar that has been converted into a wine cellar. In the building’s courtyard, accessible via the rear entrance, a parking space is provided.
Situated in Stuttgart’s oldest district, you enjoy proximity to both the city and nature. The apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it relatively quiet. All shops are within walking distance; an underground station is just 100 meters away. The S-Bahn can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, and Cannstatt station is a 15-minute walk. All types of schools as well as most doctors are nearby and reachable on foot.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer combination, and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer, built into the kitchen, are available for use.
Due to its location on the fourth floor and the presence of a staircase leading to the second living level, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. It is also not very appropriate for pets. We would not recommend the apartment for families with small children because of the many steps.
