The apartment is directly managed by us, the dedicated owners, and we take care of everything necessary during your stay.

The one-room apartment is approximately 30m² (total costs 890€) and the two-room apartment is about 47m² (total costs 1340€), with some units featuring first occupancy after partial renovations of either the bathroom or the kitchen.

So – all you need are your personal belongings, and you can move right in.

The apartment impresses with its fantastic location. The nearby city park invites you to relax or exercise, and you can even bike directly to Nuremberg or Erlangen, mostly on routes away from busy roads.

Restaurants, cafes, and everyday convenience stores are all within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, the apartment is very well connected to public transportation (main train station, subway, bus are all in close proximity).

The final all-inclusive rent covers all apartment-related additional costs (Internet, electricity, water, heating as well as taxes and insurance; the broadcasting fee is the tenant’s responsibility). The rental price applies for one person, with an increase of 50.00€ for each additional person. Normally, the apartment is designed for two persons. The rental deposit amounts to two months’ flat-rate rent.
