The Market of Hohenwart hereby announces that an agricultural property with plot number 177/6 in the Klosterberg district is being offered for sale by highest bid. The property comprises an area of 11,459 square meters. The exact location of the property can be obtained from the municipal administration. An outline plan is attached.
On October 27, 2025, the bids will be opened and the property allocated at the non-public municipal council meeting. Offers must be submitted in the town hall by no later than Monday, October 27, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Please direct your offer in a sealed envelope marked “Offer for Agricultural Property Allocation Klosterberg” to the Market Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.
The auction will be conducted on the principle of the highest bid. The highest bidder will be awarded the property, provided that the bid meets the minimum price of 116,882 euros. The sale of the property is made as seen and without any warranty. All additional incidental costs (land transfer tax, notary fees, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer.
Should the highest bidder fail to sign the purchase contract within 21 days after the auction, the municipality reserves the right to award the property to the second highest bidder.
The municipality reserves the right to cancel or modify the advertisement without providing any reasons.
