I am renting an unfurnished, large, airy 2+1 apartment on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained brick house, located in a quiet location accessible from Anděl or Radlická and in the near future within walking distance of Smíchovské nádraží. A minute from the house is a forest park suitable for relaxation and sports; parking is possible in a nearby street without zones.
Two bright, rectangular rooms with high ceilings, an entrance hall, a separate toilet and a sufficiently large bathroom with a washing machine. In the separate kitchen there is a stove with an oven and a hood. Hot water and heating in the apartment are gas-fired. The kitchen and hallway window is oriented to the courtyard. Fees 1400 CZK / person + electricity and gas costs (approx. 1,500 + 1,300 CZK / month), which are paid by the tenant.
