At Luegsteinsee near the air spa town of Oberaudorf, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains, the Inn Valley, Luegsteinsee, and Luegsteinwand.

Located near the Inntal Autobahn (BAB 93), just five minutes from the Oberaudorf exit and in close proximity to Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, and Kitzbühel.

Oberaudorf train station and all daily necessities as well as many restaurants are nearby.

The holiday apartment can be accessed either via the main entrance of Grafenburg or through a convenient external staircase. The entire apartment features new, light gray carpeting. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove with four burners, several small appliances, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. The bathroom is tiled in white, with terracotta-colored floor tiles; it features a curbless shower, WC, and a washbasin with an undercounter cabinet, as well as underfloor heating. The bedroom has a bed measuring 2 x 2 m and a new wardrobe. The living room includes a sofa bed. In front of the living room there is a patio with a Weber grill. The terrace, offering a view of the Zahmer and Wilder Kaiser, is nicely furnished.

A primary residence cannot be established.

Optionally, a furnished sun deck with approx. 300 m² garden can be rented. Additionally, a storage room can also be rented.

Another option is a second parking space available for parking a motorhome or a caravan (up to 7 m in length). Additionally, a garage for a car could also be rented.
