In addition, the house has a paved courtyard (partially covered) with room for a car. The rear sunlit courtyard invites you to relax and grill. Accessible from the courtyard is the heating/utility room, which provides enough space for a washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor of the house, there is a guest WC and an open kitchen. The dining area and living room—with its built-in soapstone stove—invite you to enjoy cozy hours. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the bathroom as well as two additional rooms (one of which has a built-in wardrobe) that can be used as a sleeping, children’s, or workroom. The newly finished, light-filled studio with integrated wooden beams offers plenty of room for creativity and is the jewel of the house.

Kallstadt on the German Wine Route is a municipality in the district of Bad Dürkheim in Rhineland-Palatinate. It belongs to the collective municipality of Freinsheim. Kallstadt is a state-recognized tourist destination. The noble wine town is one of the best-known wine towns in the Palatinate. Here, excellent wines are produced on 270 hectares of vineyards, cared for by self-marketing wineries and a winegrowers’ cooperative. Kallstadt is a recognized tourist community and is perhaps one of the most typical wine towns in the Palatinate. A popular destination for tourists is the I-Punkt right on the Wine Route. Its location makes Kallstadt a perfect starting point for hikes in the Palatinate Forest Nature Park. In Kallstadt, visitors will find a broad range of gastronomic offerings—from exquisite gourmet restaurants to traditional wine taverns or ostrich farms serving hearty regional cuisine.
