On the ground floor, you’ll find the open living and dining area with a fireplace, a kitchen, a guest WC/shower, and a vaulted wine cellar. A wooden staircase leads to the entrance hall, from which the two bedrooms are accessible. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Another staircase leads directly to the spacious converted attic.

Freinsheim, with about 5,000 inhabitants, is a wine town that is known beyond its borders for its old town and medieval city wall. The town of Freinsheim benefits from a well-developed infrastructure and is well-connected by the local railway and its proximity to the highways. Freinsheim is the seat of the administrative association, and it has kindergartens, a primary school, doctors, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a retirement home—all easily reachable on foot. The cultural scene in Freinsheim is also very diverse.
