The initial monthly gross rent of €1,380 consists of €1,100 net rent, €80 for the garage, and a €200 prepayment for operating costs. The security deposit amounts to €2,750, with at least one-third of this due before moving in.
Additionally, consumption-based costs for electricity and heating (gas) apply, for which the tenants must conclude their own contracts with a provider.
The net rent is structured as a planned graduated rent and will increase by €20 per month annually, beginning on January 1, 2027.
