Our houses are fundamentally built in solid construction. The walls from manufacturers Silka or Ytong are also constructed in solid masonry on the first floor. We deliberately do without lightweight or drywall partitions.

Clinker facades come from Olfry with special efflorescence protection. The roof tiles are installed as clay roof tiles with the Engobierung protection from Braas or comparable manufacturers.

The house is built as a low-energy house according to the current energy-saving regulation. Upon handover of the house, you will naturally receive a heat protection calculation including an energy performance certificate.
