Through the kitchen, equipped with a kitchen unit and appliances, we reach the bathroom with a sink, bathtub and washing machine. The living room and kitchen are oriented to the east, and the room and the room with a balcony are to the west. The apartment is furnished, equipped with radiators with heat meters, connected to remote central heating with hot water supply. The apartment was partially reconstructed in the past.
