This apartment was initially comprehensively renovated and furnished by me, the owner, for my own use. Due to professional reasons, I now must rent out this gem and am entrusting all my furnishings to trustworthy hands.

Designed entirely in white and equipped with modern appliances, an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine, you can prepare even the most elaborate menus here. A complete range of cookware, glasses, plates, cutlery, and basic groceries is available. Smoothie, soup & co. lovers will appreciate the high-performance Vitamix blender including a recipe book. For all coffee drinkers, there is a Nespresso machine ready to use.

The washing machine with drying function is also concealed in the kitchen behind a cabinet front. An iron and ironing board have been provided as well. In the storage room opposite the kitchen, all household appliances and supplies can be stored.

Even the Alster—with its breathtaking Alsterpark, boat landing (Bodo's Bootssteg), and plenty of space for picnics—is reachable on foot in 15 minutes.

Particularly interesting is the StadtRad station next to the Abaton cinema, just about 200 meters away. In Hamburg, the use of the StadtRäder is even free of charge in some cases.
