The generously sized 4-room maisonette apartment with 113 m² is located on the ground floor of a new building constructed in 2018. The ceiling height on the upper level is 3.30m and 2.70m on the lower level. The apartment stretches over two levels (upper and lower). It is rented fully furnished. However, if there is an explicit wish to rent the apartment unfurnished or partially furnished, we are open to discussion on that matter.

The security deposit amounts to 6000€.
