I am offering a partially furnished 2+1 apartment with a total area of 65 m² and a separate walk-in closet for long-term rent. The apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a brick building. It is oriented towards a quiet inner courtyard with a shared garden available for use.
The layout is very practical: from the entrance hall, you enter a separate toilet on the left, followed by the bathroom and straight ahead into the kitchen. From the kitchen, you can either continue to the walk-in closet (equipped with shelves, a washing machine, and a dryer), or to the other side into the living room, which leads into another room and then into the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, ceramic hob, electric oven, and refrigerator.
