The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor without an elevator) of a renovated building, providing a peaceful living space without the disturbance of sounds from upper floors. It is equipped with a kitchen unit, a stove with a ceramic glass top, a washer-dryer, and a fridge with a freezer. The bathroom features a shower and a sink, and there is a separate toilet. The storage room has its own entrance from the corridor by the apartment.
Nearby, there is a Penny Market (a 4-minute walk), a public transport stop – bus towards Prague 4 (4 minutes), and a Benzina service station (4 minutes).
Viewings are available by appointment (phone). The monthly rent is 10,000 CZK + 3,000 CZK for housing costs (fees) + a 1,500 CZK advance payment for electricity. There is an option to transfer electricity billing to the tenant.
