Are you looking for an affordable room with good amenities? In our residential building near the campus, rooms become available at the beginning of each semester for new students. Currently, two rooms are available—each around 14 m² in size with a rent of about 230 €.

The rooms are functionally furnished (bed, table, wardrobe). On every floor, you’ll find modernized bathrooms that are cleaned regularly—twice a week.

For communal use, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. In addition, you have access to a cozy counter room, a living room with projector, TV, streaming access, and fireplace, as well as a basement with a washing machine, dryer, fitness area, and sauna.

Move-in is flexibly possible—you don’t have to adhere to a fixed date.

Couldn't get more central—perfect location for students

Our building is situated right next to the main campus of TU Braunschweig— the old building, library, auditorium, and cafeteria are all just a stone’s throw away.

Everything important in daily life is quickly accessible too: supermarkets like Aldi, Rewe, Netto, and Edeka are only a few minutes' walk away. Right in front of the house, there is parking available, and both bus and tram stops can be reached in about two minutes on foot.

The city center is just a 10-minute walk away—you can easily reach the palace arcades without public transportation.

Living together—living as one

With us, you’re not just a flatmate—you become part of an active community where togetherness and variety are highly valued. Many former residents also stay closely connected and regularly join in on activities.

Several times a week, we do things together—whether it’s playing soccer or volleyball, cooking, barbecuing, watching movies, or occasionally partying. A special highlight: our cook stops by twice a week to prepare a delicious lunch for everyone—naturally, we eat together.

Our shared flat is a vibrant mix of students from various fields of study and semesters. We support each other in our studies, sharing materials and experiences—which makes living together not only uncomplicated but also personal and enriching.
