We are selling our very well rented holiday home on the Butjadingen peninsula, situated on 500 m² of private grounds, located only about 200 meters behind the dike.

The NORDSEELIEBE, extensively and lovingly renovated in 2018, impresses with its spacious, south-facing façade of windows. Here, you can relax in a peaceful environment on a 500 m² garden plot enclosed by hedges, only 200 meters (as the crow flies) behind the dike. On the partly covered terrace you will find a lounge area with a sofa set, a beach chair, two deckchairs, as well as, of course, a dining set with four chairs and a nearby grill area. At the rear, there is a second seating area, also equipped with a table and four chairs.

There is also a swing set featuring a hanging chair and a nest swing. In the spacious garden shed, you can securely and dryly store up to four bicycles. The driveway offers parking for at least two cars.

The NORDSEELIEBE provides you, on a total ground floor area of 62 m², with a generous living/dining area styled in modern country house fashion. Attached is a small yet fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer combination, an oven, a four-zone ceramic hob with an extractor hood, and a microwave. Naturally, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and egg boiler are also provided. The shower and WC are in separate rooms, and these were renovated in 2022.

A steep space-saving staircase (not suitable for persons with mobility impairments) leads you to the open sleeping area with two single beds (90x200 cm). The en-suite bedroom, furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), impresses with its generous window wall. Two built-in wardrobes are available.

A modern, remote-controlled gas central heating system was installed in 2018. For our youngest guests, we provide a stair gate, a travel cot, and a high chair free of charge.

A smart TV with digital satellite TV, a DVD player, and a radio/CD system—as well as a multitude of DVDs, CDs, books, and games for all ages—ensure relaxed and enjoyable hours. The NORDSEELIEBE has its own internet connection.

We are selling the house including all furniture and items as described above.

Our Nordseeliebe has generated an average revenue of €19,500 over the past three years with over 220 rental days each year, while the average operating costs amount to €4,000.

Our holiday home NORDSEELIEBE is located in an idyllic setting on the North Sea peninsula Butjadingen, in the popular coastal village of Burhave—an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation, families, and active vacationers alike. Burhave is located right by the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea and offers numerous leisure opportunities in its immediate surroundings. Particularly noteworthy is the North Sea lagoon Burhave—a unique, tide-independent saline bathing lake located directly on the shore.

In front of the main beach (a green beach with a sandy area) is the popular Burhave play barn—a spacious indoor play area. Burhave also features an adventure golf course as well as (water) sports and entertainment programs. Nearby, in Tossens, you will find a Center Parcs, and the cutter harbor Fedderwardersiel with its excursion steamer is only 3 km away.

For nature lovers, the nearby Langwarder Groden is a real highlight. The nature reserve offers barrier-free trails with viewpoints from which you can observe rare bird species and impressive mudflat landscapes—a perfect combination of tranquility, natural experience, and environmental education.

Shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and two well-stocked supermarkets are within walking distance. A doctor, a pharmacy, and other service providers ensure basic care—even outside of the vacation season.

Thanks to the Weser ferry from Nordenham-Blexen (10 km) to Bremerhaven, you can explore the Climate House, the Emigrants’ Museum, and Bremerhaven itself. Bremen, Wilhelmshaven, and Oldenburg are also reachable within just about an hour’s drive. The zoo and leisure park Jaderpark is located approximately 30 km away.
