Unbebautes Grundstück zum Verkauf gegen Höchstgebot
Der Markt Hohenwart gibt hiermit bekannt, dass ein unbebautes Grundstück für die Errichtung eines Einfamilienhauses  (St-Georg-Str. 17 a) im Baugebiet am Kerschberg II zum Verkauf gegen Höchstgebot ausgeschrieben wird. Das Grundstück befindet sich in der Nähe des Ortskerns von Hohenwart sowie der Schule und Kindergarten/-krippe. Das Grundstück verfügt über eine Fläche von 315 Quadratmetern. Die genaue Lage des Grundstücks kann in der Gemeindeverwaltung erfragt werden. Im Anhang befindet sich ein Langeplan.
Am 22.09.2025 werden in der nicht öffentlichen Gemeinderatssitzung die Gebote geöffnet und das Grundstück vergeben. Die Angebote müssen bis spätesten Montag 22.09.2025 um 12:00 Uhr im Rathaus abgegeben werden. Das Angebot richten Sie bitte im verschlossenen Umschlag mit der Aufschrift „Angebot zur Bauplatzvergabe Kerschberg II“ an den Markt Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.
Die Versteigerung erfolgt nach dem Prinzip des Höchstgebots. Der Höchstbietende erhält den Zuschlag, sofern das Gebot den Mindestpreis von 155.925 Euro erreicht. Der Verkauf des Grundstücks erfolgt wie gesehen und ohne jegliche Gewährleistung.
Sollte der Höchstbietende den Kaufvertrag nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Versteigerung unterzeichnet haben, behält sich die Gemeinde das Recht vor, das Grundstück an den zweithöchsten Bieter zu vergeben. Nach Verkauf des Grundstückes muss innerhalb von zwei Jahren mit dem Bau begonnen werden und die Fertigstellung muss spätestens vier Jahre nach Verkaufsdatum gegeben sein.
Die Gemeinde behält sich das Recht vor, die Ausschreibung ohne Angabe von Gründen abzubrechen oder abzuändern.

Nezastavěná parcela k prodeji za nejvyšší nabídku

Město Hohenwart tímto oznamuje, že nezastavěná parcela pro výstavbu rodinného domu (St-Georg-Str. 17 a) v území určeném k výstavbě na Kerschberg II je k prodeji za nejvyšší nabídky. Parcela se nachází v blízkosti centra Hohenwartu, stejně jako školy a školky (či jeslí). Disponuje rozlohou 315 čtverečních metrů. Přesné umístění parcely lze vyžádat na obecním úřadě. V příloze se nachází plán parcely.

Dne 22.09.2025 budou nabídky otevřeny na neveřejném zasedání obecního zastupitelstva a parcela bude přidělena. Nabídky musí být nejpozději v pondělí 22.09.2025 do 12:00 hodin doručeny do radnice. Nabídku prosím zasílejte v uzavřené obálce s nápisem „Nabídka k přidělení stavebního pozemku Kerschberg II“ na adresu: Město Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.

Aukce probíhá podle principu nejvyšší nabídky. Nejvyšší nabídka získá přidělení, pokud nabídka dosáhne minimální ceny 155.925 eur. Prodej parcely se uskutečňuje ve stavu „jak je“ a bez jakékoli záruky.

Pokud nejvyšší zájemce nepodepíše kupní smlouvu do 30 dnů po aukci, vyhrazuje si obec právo přidělit parcelu druhému nejvyššímu zájemci. Po prodeji parcely musí být zahájena výstavba do dvou let a dokončení stavby musí být provedeno nejpozději čtyři roky po datu prodeje.

Obec si vyhrazuje právo soutěž bez udání důvodu zrušit nebo změnit.

Unbuilt Plot for Sale to the Highest Bidder
The Hohenwart Market hereby announces that an undeveloped plot of land for the construction of a single-family house (St-Georg-Str. 17 a) in the Kerschberg II development area is being offered for sale to the highest bidder. The plot is located near the center of Hohenwart as well as close to the school and kindergarten/daycare center. It covers an area of 315 square meters. The exact location of the plot can be obtained from the municipal administration. A site plan is attached.

On 22.09.2025, during a non-public municipal council meeting, the bids will be opened and the plot awarded. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “Offer for Plot Allocation Kerschberg II,” to the Hohenwart Market at Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart, no later than Monday, 22.09.2025 at 12:00 PM. 

The auction is conducted on the principle of the highest bid. The highest bidder will be awarded the contract, provided that the bid meets the minimum price of €155,925. The sale of the plot is “as seen” and without any warranty.

Should the highest bidder fail to sign the purchase agreement within 30 days following the auction, the municipality reserves the right to award the plot to the second-highest bidder. After the sale, construction must commence within two years and be completed no later than four years after the sale date.

The municipality reserves the right to cancel or modify the call for bids without providing any reasons.
