We are renting out a freshly renovated 3-room apartment, fully furnished including kitchen utensils, bed linen, decoration, etc.

Everything shown in the photos is included. Electricity and internet are already part of the flat-rate ancillary costs (only the broadcasting fee must be paid separately). Here you can move in with just your suitcase and immediately feel at home.

For 1–2 working individuals (no shared flat, as there is only one bedroom) and not suitable for families with children. The rental is temporary for up to a maximum of 3 years.

=== RENTAL CONDITIONS ===

⇒ Flat-rate All-Inclusive Rent (includes base rent, ancillary costs (covering operating, heating, and hot water costs), internet at approximately 250 Mbps (fiber optic from mid- to late 2026), and electricity. All ancillary costs are charged at a flat rate; electricity is included up to 75 euros, and any usage beyond that is to be paid separately).

⇒ The broadcasting fee (Rundfunkbeitrag GEZ) of 17 euros per month must be registered and paid by the tenant, as it is not included in the flat-rate rent. Landlords are not allowed to cover this fee when renting out an entire apartment.

IMPORTANT

⇒ Suitable for 1–2 working individuals only, as there is just one bedroom—no flat-sharing allowed and not appropriate for a family with children.

⇒ Due to the fully furnished status, pets are unfortunately not permitted in the apartment.

⇒ Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
