Good day,

the apartment is a renovated old building (built in 1911) with correspondingly high ceilings. The apartment is 105 m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor.

The shared flat consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen with a storage room, and a bathroom with a separate WC (the bathrooms have been freshly renovated). There is a wide hallway with a shared dining table.

The room can be rented furnished (with a bed, wardrobe, and desk) or unfurnished.

We are all professionals; parties are not really a thing with us. We happily watch movies together, have dinner together – everything is optional, nothing is obligatory.

Other Information

The shared flat is equipped with everything you might need (washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer).

The rent already includes the GEZ fee and Wi-Fi. There are no additional utility costs.

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart Ost. It takes about 1 minute on foot to reach Ostendplatz. Shopping facilities (Rewe, dm, Aldi, etc.) are also reachable on foot within a few minutes. About 100 meters away is the park at Klingenbach.

The tram lines U4 and U9 stop just a few meters away. It takes about 8 minutes to reach downtown (Charlottenplatz). In the Ost district there are many small shops and cafes/bars. Directly next door, there is also a swimming pool.

The room is furnished with a table, a wardrobe, a chair, and a bed.

Additionally, the apartment features a fitted kitchen, a shower room, and has an approximately 24 m² cellar. This can, by agreement, be converted into a hobby room or similar.

The apartment was renovated as recently as January 2020, is constantly maintained, and has only been rented since then.
