Shopping options: Rewe and Aldi are reachable in about a 5-minute walk, and Edeka in approximately 7 minutes.

Public transport connections: The U-Bahn stop at Berliner Platz (Hohe Straße) is only about a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station Feuersee can be reached in roughly 8 minutes on foot.

We are looking for a new tenant who will stay for at least one year. This flatshare essentially consists of several individual rooms in one apartment, and we rarely do activities together. Therefore, our shared living situation is very quiet and uncomplicated.

There is no cleaning schedule here, which normally doesn’t work well. Instead, you simply pay 10 euros per month to one of our roommates, who then cleans every day.
