In our recently renovated apartment, the doors are now open and two stylish rooms are available from this moment onward.

We are looking for a new roommate!

The entire apartment is tastefully furnished. All the floors have been newly installed and the walls freshly painted, so you'll immediately feel at home when you move in.

The room is approximately 16.16 sqm in size.

It impresses with two large windows that emphasize the spacious feel of the room and also provide plenty of daylight. This room also offers you everything you need for living, such as a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.

In the communal area, you'll find a large table for shared meals with your roommate or a cozy game night with your friends.

A fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, waste-sorting system under the sink, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and extractor fan complete this apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the 6th district, just a stone's throw from the famous Mariahilfer Straße, in one of Vienna's most desirable areas. In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, and shopping opportunities.

The area around Millergasse is characterized by a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. In the charming side streets and alleys, you'll find small boutiques, traditional Viennese establishments, and modern cafes. The Haus des Meeres, one of Vienna's most popular attractions, is also located nearby.

Mariahilfer Straße, Austria's longest shopping street, offers countless shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural highlights – ideal for shopping sprees, culinary discoveries, or leisurely strolls.

Thanks to its proximity to the Westbahnhof (U6 + U3) and Zieglergasse (U3) subway stations, as well as several bus and tram lines, Millergasse is excellently connected by public transport. Within minutes you can be in the city center or other parts of Vienna.

For moving in, we would require the following documents:

• InfoPass for tenants from KSV1870 and/or a parental guarantee

• Proof of identity

• Self-disclosure

• Previous landlord’s certificate

Additional costs (heating, electricity, liability insurance): €110.00 per month per person must be considered in addition.

Internet (WLAN) can be provided for an extra €20/month.

Rental conditions:

Deposit: 3 months' rent

Minimum rental period: 3 months

Direct rental by the owner – No broker fees!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a roommate who is open, tidy, and reliable. It doesn't matter whether you study or work – the main thing is that the chemistry fits!
