It really is a TOP location: absolutely quiet, close to town (a 10-minute walk to Marktstraße), all schools are reachable on foot, peaceful neighbors, and as the icing on the cake: a view of the mountains!

Bad Tölz is rich in leisure activities, as evidenced by the many overnight stays. Not only are there plenty of hiking trails and skiing slopes in winter, but there are also opportunities for swimming in the Isar and at the local outdoor pool. As one of the few towns, Bad Tölz even offers two (!) golf courses.

My plan for the semi-detached house is pending both at the district office and in the city administration. From there I received a telephone message that the project is certainly conceivable. The so-called "building booster" of the new government will do everything in its power to simplify the new construction. I deliberately did not make an initial inquiry in order not to prejudice any building.
