We are renting out, effective immediately until the end of August 2026, a beautiful 3-room apartment in a three-family house on a large property in Nuremberg-Erlenstegen. It features a balcony and a garden area. The apartment has an excellent layout: you first enter into a dining area from which you can access the living room, the cloakroom, and the separate WC. From there, you can also enter a hallway that leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms. Two of the three rooms have direct access to the balcony.

In our view, this apartment is also very well suited for a three-person shared flat.

We will hand over the apartment cleaned, freshly painted (all in white), and, if desired, with a fitted kitchen including appliances. No transfer fee is required. Upon moving out, tenants are not required to carry out any renovation work. There is, if needed, a double garage available for vehicles or bicycles, as well as a small shed.

Erlenstegen is a popular area in Nuremberg, quite green yet relatively quiet. The house is located at the corner of Hubertusstraße, right next to Platnersberg, a green area. The end station of tram line 8 and Erlenstegen station can be reached in less than 10 minutes. With the Straba, it is very convenient to travel via Rathenauplatz to the subway and downtown. It is a 10-minute walk to the Naturgartenbad Nürnberg and 20 minutes to the Langsee outdoor pool.
