The minimum rental period is 3.5 years. Viewings will only be arranged by appointment if you are interested in a long-term rental relationship.
Please understand that only self-payers without pets will be considered for move-in. A fixed workplace with corresponding regular income and a flawless SCHUFA report are also prerequisites for renting.
