The well-maintained apartment is located on the second floor of a newly renovated multi-family residential and commercial building at the Alzeyer Castle, known as the Stadthaus am Schloss. Among other things, the renovation included the installation of a new gas-hybrid heating system (heat pump) as well as a new, highly insulated roof covering. For this reason, a current energy performance certificate is not yet available.

The apartment encompasses approximately 60 m², divided into a kitchen, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and storage room. The advance payment for operating costs is estimated for one person.

It boasts an attractive, quiet downtown location in the immediate vicinity of the Alzeyer Castle. The nearest bus stop is about a three-minute walk away and the train station about a 10-minute walk. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot within one minute. A long-term parking permit can be purchased with our rental contract at the adjacent parking lot of the Alzeyer Stadthalle.

The apartment will be handed over renovated. Hot water is provided by an electric instant water heater. Non-smokers are preferred, pets are not allowed. The amount of the operating cost advance payment is based on the number of tenants moving in. The minimum rental period is 3.5 years. Viewings can only be arranged by appointment if you are interested in a long-term rental relationship.

A fundamental requirement for renting is a permanent job with a corresponding regular income and a pristine SCHUFA credit report. Please understand that due to the large number of inquiries, applications involving pets and payments from the employment office/job center/social welfare office cannot be considered.
