The baroque half-timbered farmhouse with barn, built in 1798, was completely refurbished and restored with enormous financial investment and great attention to detail by its current owner in 1984/85/86.

The listed building features a ground floor built of sandstone and an upper half-timbered floor with a mansard roof. The former dormer-sided “Tenneneinfahrt” (a type of entrance) is now glazed, and the rounded arched entrance displays the year 1798.

The approximately 350 square meters of living and usable space are spread over about 4–5 levels, which are accessed via a spacious open staircase. From the ground floor—which can serve as living space (about 50 m², with an open fireplace), a gallery, an office, a studio, or an exhibition room—you can descend one level down into an approximately 31 m² vaulted sandstone cellar, which also features a large open fireplace.
