Three years ago, this three-room apartment was freshly renovated and modernized by a private owner. It features a guest bathroom and a large balcony and is located in the immediate vicinity of the UKE in the heart of Eppendorf (Geschwister Scholl Str.).

What was modernized:

The textured wall coverings in all rooms were removed, and all ceilings and walls were smooth-plastered, covered with painter’s fleece, and painted white. Windows, doors, and door frames have also been newly painted. The old carpet was disposed of and replaced with a very high-quality oak vinyl parquet floor. All electrical outlets and switches are new, and an additional TV/cable connection has been installed in the wall between the living room and the bedroom.

In the entrance hall and living room, the heating pipes that ran along the ceiling have now been concealed and enhanced with a LED/plaster molding lighting design.

The small guest WC has received a new toilet complete with a cistern. The beautiful, original Villeroy & Boch tiles in a 1970s style have been intentionally kept. If needed, the shower in the guest WC can also be converted into a space for a washing machine and dryer, should the in-house washing machine (Miele) and the communal dryer not be used.

The old kitchen was removed and replaced with a striking white Nobilia kitchen. The built-in dishwasher and freestanding refrigerator must be taken over by the tenant for an additional fee of 1,200 euros.

The apartment is rented out privately and includes a very large attic. An underground parking space in the building can be rented.

It is ideally situated on a quiet, lightly trafficked street in the beautiful Hamburg Eppendorf neighborhood, just a two-minute walk from the UKE or the well-known restaurant Borchers. Bakeries, eateries, schools, public transportation, and much more are in the immediate vicinity.
