Very pleasant apartment in private ownership, just a few minutes’ walk from Flora (metro station, shopping center). It is a beautiful functionalist building with many preserved features and details.

The apartment is in a classic 1+1 layout: a large hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC, a storage room, a kitchen, and a living room. It is located on the ground floor with windows facing west onto a quiet, tree-lined street.

Inside, you will find high-quality parquet floors, refurbished original wooden windows, and beautiful tiles made with an original technology from the First Republic period that mimics marble. The interior doors have been sanded to remove the lacquer, then freshly painted and fitted with original handles, peepholes, and other details. In the bathroom, original glass tiles have been used. The window sills are also finished with black glass tiling, and the original rounded ceramic floor tiles remain (instead of modern skirting boards). Various little details still exist, such as towel hooks, ceramic forms for soap integrated into the tiling, etc. The Siemens electric stove has become a prop on Czech Television.
