Furthermore, each building will offer a communal bicycle room in the basement.
Every floor is easily accessible via the passenger elevator, which is located immediately adjacent to the staircase.
In the underground garage, each building provides 13 parking spaces, of which 6 per building will be wheelchair accessible. For apartment 2.39, it is optional to purchase an underground garage parking space. The price for an underground garage parking space is EUR 20,000.00 or EUR 25,000.00 (wheelchair accessible).
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. Completion of the apartment is expected in December 2026.

The town of Lauenburg/Elbe is a small town in the Herzogtum Lauenburg district. It is the southernmost town in Schleswig-Holstein and is situated about 40 km southeast of Hamburg on the Elbe, at the tri-border area of Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
