Every floor is conveniently accessible via the passenger elevator, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the staircase.
In the underground garage, each building contains 13 parking spaces, of which 6 spaces will be wheelchair-accessible. For this Apartment 2.27, an external parking space (No. 29) must be purchased. The price for an external parking space is EUR 10,000.00.
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. The completion of the apartment is expected in December 2026.

The town of Lauenburg/Elbe is a small town in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg. It is the southernmost town of Schleswig-Holstein and is located about 40 km southeast of Hamburg on the Elbe, at the tripoint of Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
