Every floor is easily accessible by the passenger elevator, which is situated in close proximity to the staircase.
In the underground garage, each building will have 13 parking spaces, of which 6 in each will be wheelchair accessible.
For Apartment 2.42, it is optional to purchase an underground parking space. The price for an underground parking space is EUR 20,000.00 or EUR 25,000.00 (wheelchair accessible).
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction commenced at the end of 2024. The apartment is expected to be completed by December 2026.
