Furthermore, a communal bicycle room on the basement level will be available per building.
Each floor is easily accessible via the passenger elevator, which is located very close to the staircase.
In the underground garage, there are 13 parking spaces per building, of which 6 will be wheelchair accessible.
For Apartment 1.11, it is optional to purchase an underground garage parking space. The price for an underground garage parking space is EUR 20,000.00, or EUR 25,000.00 for a wheelchair-accessible space.
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. The completion of the apartment is expected in December 2026.
