In recent years, we have heated the house for approximately 1,000 to 1,200 euros per year (depending on the pellet price). All receipts are available. The PV system produces between 7 and 8 MWh per year, depending on sunlight hours. The official energy certificate is in progress.
The pellet storage is well stocked (last full refill in April 2025), so one heating season is included.
Behind the garage there are two rainwater collection basins for the precipitation from the garage roof. Beneath the terrace there is an underground cistern into which the runoff from the driveway as well as from the south side of the roof flows. A free water source that should not be underestimated given the large garden.
The attached floor plans show the original layout. On the ground floor, the two garden-facing rooms have been combined. In this process, the front door was sealed.
Handover is possible from October 15, 2025.
